Set on 110 feet of private sandy shoreline in Fort Erie, this renovated guesthouse offers bright, air-conditioned living across two levels and direct access to Lake Erie. The upper floor contains an open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and a balcony off the main bedroom; the lower level provides two additional sleeping areas (including a large “bunkie” with waterfront views), a full bath and laundry. Outdoor life centers on the private beach—kayaks, paddleboards, Adirondack chairs and a fire pit are provided (first-night firewood included)—plus an upper patio with a propane grill and outdoor dining. Hosts live on the property but guests have privacy. The place is well suited to families or groups seeking relaxed lakeside days and easy access to swimming, paddling and beach fires.
